These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wolfpack ("Service"), operated by Wolfpack ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wolfpack. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (device ID and email). Notify us immediately at noumankhan403@yahoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Wolfpack. Objectionable content includes, without limitation: hate speech and slurs; harassment, bullying, or threats of violence; sexually explicit material; content that sexualises minors; and content that promotes self-harm or illegal activity.

We review every report and act on it within 24 hours, which may include removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it. Users who post objectionable content or behave abusively will have their accounts terminated. To report content or a user directly, email noumankhan403@yahoo.com.
Wolfpack is an accountability platform. Any financial commitments or stakes you make within a pack are between you and your pack members. We do not facilitate, hold, or process any money related to pack bets or stakes unless explicitly stated within the app via a supported payment method. We are not liable for disputes between pack members regarding stakes or commitments.
Wolfpack Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, available weekly, monthly, or annually. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Purchases made in the Wolfpack iOS app are processed by Apple as in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and your Apple ID is charged again for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
Purchases made on the Wolfpack website are processed by our web payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating Wolfpack. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
We aim to keep Wolfpack available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wolfpack operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
