Wolfpack ("we", "us", or "our") operates wolfpackhabits.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Wolfpack, we may collect:

Account data: Your email address and chosen username, if provided.
Device ID: A random identifier generated on your device to authenticate your session.
Usage data: Check-in dates and times, pack memberships, habit activity, and streak history.
Photo proofs: Photos you submit as check-in proof, stored on Supabase Storage.
Chat messages: Messages sent within your pack's chat room.
Push tokens: Device push notification tokens, if you enable notifications.
Payment data: Handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We receive only a subscription status (active/cancelled) and a customer ID — we never see your card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the Wolfpack service.
To send you push notifications about your pack and daily check-ins.
To process payments and manage your subscription via Lemon Squeezy.
To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Supabase — database and file storage (EU/US servers).
Lemon Squeezy — payment processing.
Expo / Apple / Google — push notification delivery.
Vercel — web hosting.

Your pack chat messages and check-in photos are visible to the other members of your pack only.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email us at noumankhan403@yahoo.com and we will action it within 30 days.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

6. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children

Wolfpack is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date above. Continued use of Wolfpack after changes constitutes acceptance.
